Daily Energy Cleanse and Protection Practice

Everyone gets drained by negative energy from various sources

If you are highly sensitive, you pick up on the energy immediately. Our energy field expands a few metres out from our physical body in all directions, however, it’s the range of a metre and half that affects us the most. This is within our Auric Field.

What are these energy fields?

Apart from the well-known Chakras, we also have Auric Fields (Subtle Bodies). There are basically seven of each. These energetic fields affect different aspects of our wellbeing, from physical, mental and emotional to spiritual. We need a certain level of good balance to feel positive.

There are many other ways we can enhance the balance of these aspects:

On the physical level, drink enough water (strongly recommend filtered water); daily (gentle) exercises; fresh air and avoid all stimulants and artificial ingredients. Engage in nature; Mother Nature is one of the best healers and provides us with an infinite source of healing.

For mental and emotional aspects, the magic of consciously wearing a smile works wonders! This will instantly lift up a dull mood. This recommendation comes from someone who had long term (major) depression and found practising this exercise daily and for as long as possible made a huge difference. Keep a grateful heart, gratitude allows us to access compassion and love. Look for little things that bring a smile or joy into your heart; practise this daily and this will attune you to find beauty in life and the silver lining. Laugh a lot; laughter is a natural antidote to illness as love is the source of healing energy. Making sure that you dedicate at least five minutes a day to do something for yourself.

Spiritually, practise meditation or any other form of breathing exercises. Connect to the Higher Source of your beliefs, understand there is a greater force out there that allows us to bring focus into bigger perspectives.

It is essential to cleanse and protect our energy field of negative energies on a daily basis. If you are highly sensitive or if you are currently under a lot of stress, practice the cleansing exercise as often as you need.

Cleansing and Protection

Begin the cleansing with imagining the Divine White Light coming from above (the Source) and through your whole body. Take time to notice any heavier stagnation in your body.

Release the toxic energy down into Mother Earth. Repeat at least three times.

 Ask Mother Earth to give her unconditional love from beneath and allow it to soak into your whole body.

Take a moment to feel this new loving energy with gratitude. After which, imagine yourself cocooned with Mother Earth’s unconditional love in a big, transparent bubble from head to toe.  You can choose to put up one layer or more; I usually put up three layers.

Give your thanks to Mother Earth.
