Booking Terms and Conditions - One to One Sessions.
There is no obligation to book following a free zoom/telephone chat.
Paid for sessions:
Appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
If you decided that the appointment booked isn’t for you 48 hours before the session, please e-mail leighlin@serenityapproach.com for a full refund through the original payment method.
You must give 24 hours notice if you need to re-schedule an appointment otherwise you will be charged in full for the session.
If you arrive late for a booked session time you will only have the time remaining and not the full 120 minutes for the first session or 90 minutes for the follow ups. E.g. if you are 10 minutes late your session the duration will be 110 or 80 minutes.
If you missed a session, no refund will be given under any circumstances.
Notes will be taken during the session but not shared.
Confidentiality
Notes will be taken in each and every session, by booking a session you are agreeing to this process. These notes and everything discussed in the session are private and confidential please read the Privacy policy which gives information of how your information will be stored.
